The staff was professional and very helpful, just as I expected. The hotel was in a GREAT location, in the middle of jackson. And there was Subway with short-orders a short way from the venue, super convenient.

Complaints about a cockroach.

Everything met standard, I will come back. It was a brand-new hotel. Big size room that was well-maintained too. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were provided. I liked that the venue was 22 minutes drive from the airport.

The staff - some of them were a bit lazy.

Liked staying here, my room was lovely looking and beautifully maintained and had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. Wasn't expecting to have a handy kitchenette. The location was magnificent, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus.

Friendly staff, excellent service, secure during hurricane, free breakfast during storm, comfortable beds.

The bed was comfortable and the towels provided were plentiful. the hotel was pet-friendly and offered grassy areas for them to use the bathroom. The newly renovated room smelled nice and the blinds were great at blocking out light, making for a comfortable night's sleep. Location-wise, the hotel was close to local attractions and restaurants.

The room was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable. The price was also higher than expected for the size and quality of the room.

The accommodation was spotless, the room was lovely looking. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave in the room, liked that. The location was perfect and magnificent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go...

Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, according to guests. Complimentary breakfast with items such as yogurt, muffins, and oatmeal was available to guests.
